Your data is yours.

Your ministry records are yours. WitnessWork is designed to keep them on your device and, if you enable sync, in your private iCloud account. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use product analytics to follow what you do.

• AI Notes Import: only when you use it, your notes are sent through our service to zero-data-retention AI providers. The import is normally deleted from our servers within about one hour; limited identifiers, content hashes, and usage totals may remain to prevent abuse and manage usage.
• Address search: the address you search for is sent through our service to HERE to return suggestions and coordinates.
• Supporter status: RevenueCat and Apple handle purchases. We use an anonymous app identifier to check access and never receive your payment-card details.
• Reliability and security: Sentry receives crash and diagnostic information, which may include a screenshot or technical identifiers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes IP addresses and operational logs to run and protect the service.

You can delete records in the app and remove WitnessWork data from iCloud through Apple’s settings. To ask about data or request deletion of server-side records tied to your app identifier, email support@leviwilkerson.com.
