Why can't I change the date or time of a Plan a buddy invited me to?

When you answer Going to a buddy's Plan, a linked Plan is added to your schedule. Its date, time, title, place, and note belong to the organizer: they show on the Plan's page, follow every change the organizer makes, and can't be edited on your phone. That way everyone going sees the same Plan.
What you can change is yours: your hours, Notify Me (your reminder), and Type. Open the Plan, tap Edit, and change them. If you plan to stay a different length of time, set Your Hours. The Plan's page then shows your hours under Duration with the organizer's beside them, for example "Anna planned 3 Hrs", and your hours stay yours when the organizer changes theirs. Set them back to the organizer's hours to follow theirs again. Your hours are what your schedule and progress count as planned.
Need a different day or time? Ask the organizer to change the Plan, or choose Can't Make It on the Plan's page and add your own Plan. Deleting a linked Plan is the same as Can't Make It.
If a change the organizer made hasn't reached you, open WitnessWork with an internet connection: changes arrive within a minute while the app is open. The organizer's app sends a change shortly after they make it, or as they leave the app. This works the same on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
