Can I turn off Scribe AI?

Yes. Go to Settings → Scribe AI and turn off Use Scribe AI. Scribe AI then disappears from the app: the microphone in Quick Actions, Speak an update in the + menu, and its other buttons are hidden, and nothing is sent to it. Turning it off doesn't delete your conversations or Scribe AI's memory; to clear the memory, use Settings → Scribe AI → Memory before you turn it off. The switch follows you to your other devices when sync is on. Turn it back on in the same place anytime.

The first time you open Scribe AI on a device, it asks you to agree to WitnessWork's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, then explains how it handles your data. If you're not ready, swipe the sheet away: Scribe AI stays available and asks again next time.
