Can I change the order of the tabs?

Yes. Open Settings → Preferences → Tab Order and use the up and down arrows beside each tab, or long-press a tab's name to move it to the top or bottom. The new order applies right away to the bottom bar on phones and the sidebar on tablets, on iOS and Android. Tabs can be reordered but not hidden. WitnessWork still opens on Home, and Progress only appears for roles that log hours; it keeps its place in your order if you change roles. On iPad, Command-number keyboard shortcuts follow your order too. The order is a preference, so it's included in backups and syncs with your other devices when sync is on; it doesn't change any of your records.
