Why can't the map find my current location?

Check that location services are on and WitnessWork has location permission in your device's settings. Reopen the map and try again where your device can obtain a location. You can still enter an address or place a contact's pin manually without using your current location. If the problem continues, report the error with your device and operating-system version, leaving private contact details out of screenshots.
