How do I get the latest WitnessWork update?

Most updates download by themselves while you use WitnessWork. When one is ready, the bell on Home shows Update Ready. Tap Update Now, and WitnessWork restarts into the new version right away. If you'd rather wait, dismiss it or leave it there: the update applies the next time WitnessWork starts after you close it completely. Restarting doesn't touch your service records, contacts, or notes; everything you've saved is there afterward.

To look for an update yourself, tap your profile picture, then Settings → More → Check for update. Some updates need a new version from the App Store, or the Google Play Store app on Android, so keep automatic updates on there too. If an update won't download, connect to the internet and try Check for update again.
