Abra o contato e toque no endereço deles.
What do the pins and cards on the map mean?
Each contact on the map is a round pin with their initials, colored by how long it's been since your last visit (tap the ⓘ button on the map to see what each color means, or change the colors in Settings → Preferences → Personalization → Color Key). A small mark on the pin's corner shows a follow-up that's overdue (red clock), a follow-up today (green clock), or a favorite (star).
Beside a pin, a card shows the contact's name and one detail. By default the detail is their next visit: an overdue follow-up, an upcoming follow-up with its day and time, or otherwise when you last visited. Cards for overdue and upcoming follow-ups are placed first, and cards that would cover another pin or card wait until you zoom in, so zoom in to see more. The selected contact's card turns green.
To choose what cards show, go to Settings → Preferences → Map, or tap the layers button on the map and choose Pin cards show. You can pick Next visit, Last visit, Follow-up topic, Name only, or any of your contact fields, such as a Language field when you work a language territory. A card shows only the name when that contact has no topic or no value in the field.
When pins sit on top of each other, they gather into one square pin with a count. Tap it: contacts at the same address, such as an apartment building, open in a list with their apartment or unit, most urgent first, and tapping a name selects that contact. Contacts that are only close together zoom the map in so their pins spread out.
The chip at the top of the map counts the contacts in view who are overdue or due in the next seven days. Tap it to keep only them bright, with their cards, and tap it again to see everyone. When today has a route, the Today's Route chip opens it. To plan a route from contacts on the map, see "How do I plan a route from the map?".
Pins and cards are worked out on your device and nothing is sent anywhere to draw them. The map doesn't rotate or tilt, so the cards stay next to their pins. This works the same on iPhone, iPad, and Android, and it's free. If a contact is missing from the map, see "Why are some contacts missing from the map?". If a card shows the wrong detail, check the contact's follow-up or field value; for other problems, use the Help Center's private support option and keep names and addresses out of public reports.
How do I plan a route from the map?
On the Contacts map, tap the Select contacts button (the dotted lasso in the column of buttons on the left). Then tap pins to pick contacts, or draw a loop around pins with one finger to pick everyone inside it. Tap a square pin with a count to pick every contact in it. Tap Select Due to add everyone in view who is overdue or due in the next seven days. While you select, one finger draws instead of moving the map; pinch to zoom, or tap Done to move the map again.
Tap Plan Route to open today's route with the contacts you picked added after its stops, most urgent first. Contacts already on today's route, such as one with a follow-up today, aren't added twice. A route holds up to 10 stops, so Plan Route waits until your picks fit in the room today's route has left, which the bar shows when you pick too many; tap Clear to start over. From there, use Shortest Order, set how long you'll stay at each stop, and tap Start Route, as described in "How do I plan a route for my service day?".
Route planning is a Supporter feature. Anyone can select contacts and open the route to see the stops on the map; Shortest Order and Start Route need Supporter. When today already has a route, the Today's Route chip at the top of the map opens it.
Selecting contacts never changes them, their follow-ups, or your plans. The route is saved on this device for today and isn't synced to your other devices. This works the same on iPhone, iPad, and Android. If Plan Route stays dimmed, pick at least one contact and no more than the route has room for. If a contact you picked isn't on the route, the route was full: the route builder says how many didn't fit. For other problems, use the Help Center's private support option and keep names and addresses out of public reports.
